- A $25 per person/$35 per family membership fee will be collected annually at the
August meeting. Partial year memberships will be pro-rated by the Treasurer. This does not apply to associate members that
do not participate in meetings or our "out of town riding partners."
- Members are encouraged to do business at other member places of employment
- There will be a club meeting on the first Thursday of every month unless otherwise
posted
- Club members will be notified of upcoming events via e-mail or telephone
- There will be a five member executive board. The board will have a President,
Vice President, Treasurer,Webmaster and Secretary These board members will be elected in the annual April election Board members
will hold there positions for one calendar year or until their successors or elected Board membership requires mandatory meeting
participation (90%)
- The officers reserve the right to reject any membership application
- Club members ride AT THEIR OWN RISK The club nor its members will be held responsible
for any injuries or property damage
- No FIGHTING will be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of membership
- Use of ILLEGAL DRUGS will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership
- Use of ALCOHOL during riding will not be tolerated and may result in termination
of membership Enjoy an adult beverage after the ride
- The officers will have a OPEN DOOR POLICY on club affairs
- Special elections may be held at any time
- Members are encouraged to promote club events
- Members are encouraged to promote new members
- Members are encouraged to promote SAFETY & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
- This is a family organization and will remain that way
- Members are responsible for making sure the officers have correct personal information
(name & address) In order to remain a member of PATVA a member must attend once every quarter Special circumstances must
be approved by the Board of Directors
- Members must posses an ATV or ATC. Motorcycles are not ATVs This position does
not exclude family members from participating in PATVA activities
- There will be a sign in sheet used and kept for every meeting The Secretary will
be responsible for keeping up with the records of the sign up sheets.
- Termination of club membership for any reason must be approved by the Board of
Directors Officers may suspend a member until a vote by the Board may be taken The Boards decision is final
- Helmets will be required at all club functions No exceptions This rule applies
to trail rides and all public events
- Members are expected to improve our image as ATV operators
- Officers reserve the right to terminate
membership for failure to follow the clubs rules and regulations
